Inspection & estimate
We inspect the roof, assess damage or wear, and give you a detailed written estimate — same week.
Materials order
Once approved, we order materials and schedule your install date. Lead times are typically 3–7 business days.
Tear-off
We remove the old roofing, inspect the decking, and replace any damaged boards before anything new goes on.
Installation
Ice shield, underlayment, shingles, ridge cap, and all flashings installed to manufacturer specs.
Inspection & cleanup
Final inspection, magnet sweep for nails, full debris removal. Your yard will look like we were never there.
